BIRT That the following policy be added to our Governance Policy under GP #2c:
BOARD MEMBERS’ CODE OF CONDUCT:
In the case of director misconduct during a meeting, any director may move
that the director in offence be censored (citing the offence), and if simple majority is
attained in the vote it will be marked in the minutes

BOARD MEMBERS’ CODE OF CONDUCT:
If any one director has received 2 censors, they will be immediately removed
from their position as a board member.
