SMUSA T4 slips are available for pick-up

T4 slips are ready for pick-up at the SMUSA office on the 5th floor of the Student Centre. This affects anyone that has worked for SMUSA at any time between January 1st, 2009 and December 31st, 2009. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

A T4 slip is an account of your earnings and taxes paid in a fiscal year. They are used in calculating your tax return (or taxes due) annually in Canada. For more information on Canadian tax returns, please visit the Canada Revenue Agency website.
