The Waiver period to opt out of the Student Health & Dental plan is now open (Deadline Sept 25)!

All Canadian students must waive out online before Sept 25 by logging into SMUport then clicking on the SMUSA Health Waiver tab and submit the completed application.

All International students must visit Valerie Lively at the Health Plan Office located on the 5th floor of the Student Centre with proof of alternative coverage before Sept 25th.
